Every subscription is supported by your team of Tourplan experts located near you. They understand your regional market and operate in your time zone. Each team has:

  • A Customer Success Manager to manage our partnership and help you grow with us.
  • Specialised Trainers to ensure you and your teams can get the best outcomes from our products and services from onboarding and throughout your entire lifetime with us.
  • A Regional Director to oversee local operations.

Our included support services include issue resolution, guidance on core system functionality, and day-to-day assistance.

Making Changes#

Number of Users#

You can add users anytime by sending a ticket to our support team. A one-off fee applies to adding users, so we recommend you forecast what you may need for the next 12-month period. Watch this space for an exciting new automated processes in the near future to make this even easier! Reducing users can be done without penalty by providing us 90 days' notice of the change.

Upgrading#

Keeping pace with the latest product version ensures you can take advantage of new features and data security protections. It can help improve performance and ensures your people are working in the most up to date user interface.

Migrations#

Moving environments, changing architecture or other similar one-off projects require planning, testing and change management. Examples include moving from one cloud platform to another, or moving from your own hosting to Tourplan Cloud hosting. Projects typically require specialised technical resources and additional one-off costs, and can be discussed with your regional Account Manager.
