Creating Tickets#
- Open on ‘myTickets’ from myTourplan.
- Click on ‘New Ticket’.
- From the drop down select one of the options for how we can help….
- General Tourplan Support.
- Tourplan Version Upgrade.
- Refresh Test Data.
- Supplier Connectivity Support.
- Complete the form. The form fields update from the selection you made above…
- Enter a detailed Description for your request, include as much information as you can, and where possible add attachments.
- Click ‘Submit’.
