How to get in touch with our support teams

Creating Tickets#

  1. Open on ‘myTickets’ from myTourplan.
  2. Click on ‘New Ticket’.
  3. From the drop down select one of the options for how we can help….
    • General Tourplan Support.
    • Tourplan Version Upgrade.
    • Refresh Test Data.
    • Supplier Connectivity Support.
  4. Complete the form. The form fields update from the selection you made above…
  5. Enter a detailed Description for your request, include as much information as you can, and where possible add attachments.
  6. Click ‘Submit’.
