How can I print a chart of accounts?

You can use the GL Trial Balance Report which is accessed from the Reports Menu Reports > Financial Reports > GL Trail Balance.

On the Balances tab, there is no need to make changes, unless you wish to filter the GL Chart of Accounts by specific Branches and Departments.

On the Other tab, you can adjust the following settings:

• Order By: Account

• Un-tick Skip Nil Balances (to display all accounts, even those with no balance)

• Un-tick Show Future Balances (to exclude future-dated columns)

Review the settings and confirm if they meet your requirements.
