Bookings Management

Introduction

Bookings Management is a collection of utility programs that allows some bookings tasks to be performed on bookings in bulk.

The utilities are:

• Close Bookings - Selectively sets bookings to a state where they can be viewed, but not edited.
• Open Bookings - Selectively opens previously closed bookings.
• Close Vouchers - Selectively close un-presented or not fully paid vouchers.
• Bulk Printing - Selectively output debtor invoices or credit notes.
• Bulk Invoicing - Selectively invoice a range of bookings.
