Substitute PCM Services

 

Can I substitute a PCM Service?

 

Yes, you can substitute a service within a PCM. This can be done in two ways:

• For a single PCM Package or PCM Quote: Use the Substitute button available on the Itinerary Service Details screen.

• For multiple PCMs (Bulk Substitution): Go to the Operation menu, select PCM Operations, and then choose the Substitute Service option.

This allows for flexible service updates either individually or across multiple PCMs at once.
