Product Search Fields

How can I configure the system to use Country and Destination filters when searching for product?

The main search criteria at the Product Search and Service Insert screen is the 'Location' field. The Destination and Country fields can be used as additional levels of product search fields, depending on the regions you sell to.

Products are linked to a Location, and Tourplans core search function remains location based.

In Code Setup you can choose to link your Locations to Destinations, and your Destinations to Countries.

 

If your organisation has opted to link Locations > Destinations > Countries you can enable Destination & Country search fields.

Speak with your local Tourplan Support Office if you think your organisation would benefit from adding Country & Destination to your product search fields.
