Rack Rates & STO Rates

Should we load both rack rates and STO rates?

Generally, a rack rate is not used if you get a STO (Standard Tour Operator) rate from the supplier - If this is the rate they charge you, it should be loaded and available for consultants to sell.

If the suppliers can charge a rack rate for certain bookings and STO rates for all other bookings, you would need to load both the rack rate and the STO rate.

Perhaps there is a sell before date applied to the STO rate, and the BAR or rack rate can be sold with no min sell before.
