Cancel Externally Booked Service

Can I cancel an externally booked service?

 

Yes, when a service is booked through an external supplier connection, the service cancellation in Tourplan NX can also be processed in the external supplier's booking system.

NOTE: Security Settings will need to be in place to enable this function and the system will need to be configured to process cancelled services.
