Set Up Quoting On External Services

How do I set up quoting on External Services?

If external services are to display when quoting from webConnect, please contact your Local Tourplan Support team to complete the configuration requirements to enable this functionality.

 

There is an external booking status INI Setting which will need to be created in Code Setup.

Configuring an external quote status

Follow the procedure below to Insert the EXTERNAL_QU_STATUS INI Setting in Code Setup.

1. From the Home menu, select Home > System > Code Setup.

   2. Click the System menu option to expand it:

      

   3. Click Code Setup to go to the Code Setup menu:

      

2. From the Code Setup menu, select INI Settings > System.

   2. Click INI Settings to expand the INI Settings menu:

      

   3. Click System to open the System INI Settings screen:

      

3. On the System screen, if the INI Setting that you want is not already in the list, click Insert.

   

4. In the System screen, select a Setting Name and User ID.

   

5. Click Save to keep the changes.

   

6. Click Exit to discard any changes.
