Cancel Booking

How do I cancel a booking?

 

From within the booking click the Cancel Booking button in the top right-hand corner of the booking header.

Tourplan produces a pop-up window listing all services with the current status of each and what the new service status will be upon cancellation. This modal also displays what the booking status will be changed to.

If you are ready to cancel the booking you click the Process Cancellation button in the top right-hand corner of the pop up window to apply the cancellation.
