Check Date Range & Rate Rules
Ensure that there is a valid date range and rate loaded against the product in NX. Ensure you are checking for the dates searched for in a webConnect booking or quotation.
Checking for a Valid Date Range

Open Product search select the required Product option.

On the Product Setup menu select Rates.

Open the Date Range (for the dates searched in webConnect)

Check the Rates tab and ensure there is a rate entered for the room type your expecting to see.
Staying with the Product Rate are there any additional rate rules applied?
Check the following:
- From the Rate Set tab are there:
min/max stay rules applied to the rate?
any day of the week restrictions applied?

From the Date Range tab are there:
-
sales date restrictions?

sell before travel rules?
-
Does your rate search in webConnect meet all applied rate rules?
