Check Exchange Rates

 

If you are using multiple currencies in your booking, e.g. converting services from a products 'cost' currency to a 'sell' booking currency there will need to be a current rate of exchange created in order for the conversion to be applied.

If you are using multiple currencies check that there are exchange rates loaded for the service dates your webConnect booking is searching for.

Checking for valid exchange rates

  1. From the Code Setup menu select System.

  2. Click on Exchange Rates.

  3. Apply the required Date filters (for the webConnect search dates).

  4. Ensure there is a valid Currency From and To for the currency pairs required.
