Removing Extra Space In Notes

How do I remove extra space in a generated messages using notes substitution code?

Adding a substitution code RMS:ROW in front of the cell which stores a note substitution code NTS:XXX will remove the entire row when there is no text found in XXX note.

The trick to removing the extra space is adding the RME:ROW after the NTS:XXX substitution code. Each code must be in its own cell for the best outcome.

NOTE: for the note to cover the whole page from margin to margin add the substitution code RME:ROW into an invisible cell (outside of the message definition margin). This work around will cause the message template within the Tourplan NX viewer/editor to appear out of alignment, however the final output in the downloaded file will be fine.
