Multi Language User Interface

The Tourplan user interface can be configure to suit the language needs of your staff, allowing users to navigate Tourplan NX in their chosen language. This functionality maybe of interest to organisations with a global presence and diverse workforce.

Local Language Functionality

Local language functionality within Tourplan NX consists of additional fields within the UI; these fields allow alternative (local) language text for dual language data entry. Its designed for organisations whose suppliers or operations staff (e.g. drivers) may need one language for overseas client documentation and a variation for local correspondence.

Multi Language Message Templates

Multi-language message templates enable organisations to create and store document templates in multiple languages. These templates are used to create messages and documents for agents and suppliers by configuring them to use Tourplan field information, notes, and itinerary segments defined with alternative language options.

Supplier Language Support

Tourplan can store language alternatives for a selection of supplier and product fields; this functionality is typically used by organisations who require unique descriptors for Supplier and Product information, as well as pickup and drop-off points.

WebConnect and HostConnect

WebConnect / HostConnect can be configured to match an agent’s default Tourplan NX language, pulling predefined language information from several areas, such as a number of supplier and product fields, alternative language supplier notes, product notes, product descriptions, addresses, pickup/dropoff points, and booking names.
