Updating Discount Commission Matrix Code

Can I change the code of a 'Used' Discount Commission (DCM) Matrix?

Yes you can amend the DCM Matrix Code. If you have been using the DCM Matrix for a while you might at some stage want to reorganise your existing DCM Codes.

Example Below is a list of existing Discount Commission codes configured.

• The example shows the DMC code 05 ACHO was applied to this booking.

  

• Amending the code in the Discount Commission Matrix in Code Setup from 05 ACHO to 05ACHO - removing the space for code continuity.

  

• Once the booking is refreshed, the new code is applied and updated within existing bookings and/or quotes.

  

Conclusion

Changing the code won't have any impact on bookings/PCMs where the code is used...
